About the Job:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for English presentation and technical communication of public/private cloud products and solutions with Alibaba Cloud's customers in MEA region.
2. At the key stage of the project, the candidate should be able to coordinate and organize the resources of China R&D and Platform Department to support the project.
3. Coordinating and organizing resources of China R&D and Platform Department to support POC test or demo demonstration.
4. Periodical customer visiting and customer relationship maintenance.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with an understanding of public cloud products and their usage or private cloud solution output, both preferred.
2. Ability to communicate products and solutions with customers in English.
3. At least 3 years of pre-sales technical support experience in public/private cloud.
4. Have good communication ability and excellent team cooperation ability, positive and optimistic, serious and responsible, willing to cooperate.
5. Be able to travel irregularly in MEA area.
