Job Purpose:

Define and maintain the organization's technology architecture to support its digital transformation journey.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

Developing and maintaining

Developing and maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks.

Designing and implementing frameworks that define the organization's current and target state architectures.

Creating and maintaining architectural blueprints, models, and documentation.

Updating frameworks to incorporate changes in technology trends, business requirements, and regulatory compliance.

 

Strategic Planning

Aligning technology solutions with business goals and strategies.

Understanding the organization's business objectives, priorities, and challenges.

Identifying technology solutions that support business initiatives and enable competitive advantage.

Mapping technology investments and initiatives to business outcomes and value drivers.

 

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborating with application and infrastructure teams:

Engaging with application development teams to understand application requirements and design scalable and efficient architectures.

Collaborating with infrastructure teams to ensure that infrastructure solutions align with application and business needs.

Facilitating communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to achieve architectural alignment and integration.

 

Governance and Compliance

Ensuring architectural compliance and standards by Establishing and enforcing architectural standards, principles, and guidelines.

Conducting architecture reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Identifying and addressing architectural gaps, inconsistencies, and risks.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree IT or a related field.

Minimum 8 Years of experience in enterprise architecture.

Certification in architecture frameworks is ideal (e.g.,TOGAF).

Strategic thinkingand alignment skills.

Knowledge of IT governance.
