About the Information System Team

The Information System team is responsible for the planning and construction of internal human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval, and other internal systems. This includes demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, operation, and maintenance of the company.

About The Team

We are committed to creating global products for ByteDance to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Our focus areas include building a comprehensive global Procurement system and an efficient global Travel service platform for all ByteDancers. We aim to create differentiated products and make an impact by exploring industry-leading practices and innovating through the integration of artificial intelligence technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontend service to support ByteDance's global internal users.
• Participate in system design, research and development, and technological innovation as part of the international R&D team.
• Collaborate with product design, product management, and software engineering teams to drive business success in efficiency and safety in Asia.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 2 years of frontend software development experience.
• Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficient in ReactJS, TypeScript, Webpack, and Monorepo.
• Solid experience in implementing web applications with high performance, high availability, and excellent user experience.
• Good problem-solving skills and web-based system design thinking patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in To-B (business-to-business) product development.
• Proficient in web frontend architecture.
