POSITION SCOPE
Here's how you'll make a massive impact:
- Develop data-driven growth plans to skyrocket user adoption, retention, and revenue.
- Analyze user behavior and app metrics to improve monetization and engagement.
- Identify innovative marketing channels and optimize existing ones.
- Implement segmentation strategies to increase in-app purchases, particularly for money transfers.
- Track KPIs and optimize campaigns for exceptional results.
- Strategize content to keep users engaged.
- Present findings and drive key decision-making.
- Partner with teams to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Conduct market research for competitive advantage.
Your OKRs
- Objective 1: Boost international money transfer user base by 30% by Q4.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in a startup.
- Proven track record of growing user bases and revenue.
