Role Description:

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles, with a track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products
• Experience with Real-Time Analytics, RAG, and LLM
• Educational background in Computer Science, Management, Fintech, or related fields
• Management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Proficient in various AI and ML Technologies and platforms

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of a Gen AI-based solution
• Build and develop AI-assisted solutions across compliance and cybersecurity for Enterprises
• Lead the strategy and product roadmap
• Hands-on involvement in building out a Data Engineer and Data Scientist team
