We are on the lookout for a Lead Generative AI Engineer to steer our cutting-edge AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a linchpin in the creation and deployment of generative AI models, with a solid grip on AI-driven application development. As a Lead Engineer, you'll captain a team specialized in generative AI, ensuring our projects are innovative, efficient, and secure.

You will

• Develop and lead the implementation of generative AI models& associated front-end and backend technologies.
• Architect, design, and develop a robust codebase for generative AI applications, ensuring excellence in quality, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Drive the integration of generative AI applications with existing banking systems and third-party services.
• Lead a team of AI engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Facilitate code reviews, endorse best practices in coding and architecture, and bolster the team's growth with constructive insights.
• Embellish development procedures with AI-centric enhancements and lead by example in crafting intelligent solutions.

You must have

• At least 7 years of experience in full stack development with high-quality, clean, and maintainable code, including both front-end and back-end development.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models for real-world applications.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Hands on with the below technologies
• FastAPI
• React.js or Next.js
• CSS Framework like Material UI or TailwindCSS.
• Redux Saga or Redux Toolkit
• Any e2e testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright
• Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of AI engineers.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics.

You should have

• Experience working with cloud-based technologies and services, such as AWS or Azure
• Proficiency in database design and development with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions/Azure DevOps/Gitlab/Jenkins, etc.
