Job Description:

Position: Product Manager

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. You will be the bridge between our customers, stakeholders, and our engineering team, guiding the development process and ensuring that our product aligns with our vision and meets customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.
• Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather and document detailed product requirements.
• Project Management: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, by setting project goals, creating timelines, and tracking progress.
• Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering team by managing their priorities, providing clear requirements, and facilitating communication to ensure successful product development.
• Quality Assurance: Work with the engineering team to define testing strategies, organize "bug bash" sessions, and ensure that products meet quality standards and are free of defects.
• User Experience: Advocate for a user-centered design approach, ensuring that products are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Customer Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer within the company, collecting and prioritizing customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Launch and Adoption: Plan product launches, including marketing and sales strategies, and track product adoption and success post-launch.

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering products to market.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Preferred:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Knowledge of user experience design principles.
  • Familiarity with technical concepts and the software development process.
  • Ability to query data and produce insights that will inform the product roadmap.
