Job Title: Product Manager

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.)

Subordinates: Product Development Team

Purpose of Work

• Lead strategic development of IoT platform.
• Align solutions with market demands and enhance user experiences.
• Guide feature development from concept to execution.
• Identify opportunities for innovation.

Scope of Work

• Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Innovate and iterate product features based on user feedback and market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy.
• Define product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Manage product development projects.
• Collaborate across teams to align product goals with business objectives.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Establish relationships with stakeholders.
• Stay informed about IoT industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Success in developing, launching, and managing IoT products/platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in agile development methodologies.
