Job Description

About the Role:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with a robust understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining automation frameworks such as Cypress and Selenium.
• Responsible for creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities during the SDLC.
• Work independently to define and perform QA efforts in an Agile team.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end QA activities (manual and automation testing) for the team.
• Convert test scenarios to automated test cases.
• Ensure automated tests are integrated and executed reliably in CI/CD environments.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing to support the development team.
• Participate in reviewing requirements and specifications during sprint planning.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities during the software development lifecycle.
• Work as a member of an Agile SCRUM team to deliver high-quality software.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document issues thoroughly during bug tracking.
• Act independently to define and perform QA efforts in an Agile team.
• Document software issues and enhancement requests, assisting development with concise and detailed steps for defect duplication.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of professional experience in QA Automation Engineering.
• Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology.
• Strong Core Java fundamentals.
• Experience in writing test automation using Selenium and Appium.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
