Requirements:

• Participation in requirements gathering and use case development
• Experience working with SailPoint technologies (IdentityIQ), concepts, and features
• Developing technical project plans and aiding in project resourcing
• Developing and executing test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions
• Background in development or strong knowledge of Java
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Experience with IdentityIQ Administration and Implementation
• Strong IAM domain knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scripts
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development of workflows, rules, connectors
• Excellent communication skills to interact with various client stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Application onboarding, including configuration of creation, correlation, and build map rules for clients
• Installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Developing IAM Solutions using SailPoint IIQ
• Installing, Customizing, configuring, and supporting identity provisioning and Governance tools
• Aggregating and Provisioning users using various Connectors
• Extending reporting capabilities via application-specific reporting
• Working with clients to develop strategies for configuring specific functionalities, planning, and preparation
• Documentation review
• SailPoint product version upgrades
• Ongoing patch installation
• Advanced configuration (workflow, rules, reports)
• Mentoring and environment-specific training
• Providing knowledge transfer to technical staff
• Gathering Requirements, Developing build map rules, LCM Events, and workflows
• Implementing new code into UAT and Production for system development lifecycle processes
• Monitoring delivery against SLAs and addressing exceptions to clients
• Managing source code and builds for compliance reporting
• Identifying risks and issues and developing recommendations that address significant risks and complex issues
• Developing documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts
