Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Analyst for the MUSE Loyalty Program, you will use data from both physical and digital channels to develop a robust understanding of the performance of our business. You will be a critical partner for our business leaders in the Data & Analytics Team.
- Develop a unified view of member shopping behaviors and member engagement end-to-end performance.
- Increase the productivity of MUSE loyalty operations by harnessing data to simplify, improve UX, automate, reduce errors, and accelerate time-to-value.
- Generate actionable insights from data and champion their use to drive value.
- Predict and forecast potential outcomes to support our core stream of marketing, benefits and experiences, operations, and training proactivity.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize productivity, next best action, value, and ultimately customer delight.
- Identify new opportunities and business use cases to generate value.
- Work with the core data team to operationalize and deliver impact through data products.
- Champion the growth of trustworthy data critical to unearthing previously unknown behaviors which aid ongoing MUSE business operations.
Requirements
- Data Presentation: Ability to present data outputs/findings in a compelling storytelling way typically to a non-technical audience.
- Collaboration: Strong at collaborating and solving problems in a cross-functional team environment, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Solutions-Oriented: Understand requirements and define the right methodology to conduct analysis (scoring, segmentation, predictive model).
- Experience:
- Preferred experience in working with large transactional data, app data, web data, eCommerce data, and soft/qualitative data across GCC countries.
- Conducting customer-level analysis across CX, UX, Media Performance.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to determine which customers to target for marketing campaigns using techniques including statistical clustering and value-based segmentation.
- Advanced Analytics: First-hand experience with advanced analytics/machine learning concepts and techniques and their application to business decisions.
- Technical Skills: Preferably experienced in Google Cloud Platform, Google Big Query, and Looker software.
