About The Role:

• Seeking a Senior Java Engineer crucial in crafting and advancing Tamara's payment solution using innovative technology.
• Responsible for innovating and refining secure and robust payment services to create unique experiences.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to architect system designs, craft technical solutions, and revolutionize user experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

• API and System Development: Design, construct, and sustain critical APIs, services, and systems for Payment solutions.
• Debugging: Tackle production issues across various services and stack levels.
• Collaborative Feature Development: Work with the Payment team to implement features enhancing user experience.
• Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams to address user pain points effectively.

Your Expertise:

• Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Java Mastery: Strong proficiency in Java and associated technologies.
• Spring Boot Knowledge: Essential experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
• Database Skills: Hands-on experience with high-availability RDBMS and performance tuning.
• Distributed Systems Experience: Proficiency with distributed systems using tools like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Container Technology: Skilled in Container/Docker technologies, with Kubernetes knowledge being advantageous.
• Agile/Scrum Familiarity: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Cloud Services Insight: Knowledge of Cloud Services (AWS/GCP/OCI) is beneficial.
• Fintech Background: Prior experience in payment and/or fintech sectors is highly valued.
