Job Description: Senior Architectural Technical Manager

Connexa Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning International Architectural Design practice seeking a Senior Architectural Technical Manager for their head office in Dubai.

Job Summary:

The Senior Architectural Technical Manager will oversee the technical aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion, acting as a bridge between design and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process, ensuring solutions align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Oversee the creation of architectural diagrams, blueprints, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and address issues to keep projects on track.
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for adoption based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, system engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including system blueprints, design specifications, and technical diagrams.

Requirements:

• Significant experience (10-12 years) in the field of architecture and technology.
• Previous experience in a leadership or management role, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage technical teams.
• Deep understanding of architectural design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools used in the industry.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, enterprise architecture, and security standards.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex technical projects.
