Job Responsibilities

AVLX Management

  • Oversee the planning, installation, and operation of AVLX systems, including audio, video, sound, lighting, and power, ensuring a captivating and immersive event experience.
  • Collaborate with international suppliers and technical teams to integrate cutting-edge AVLX technologies seamlessly.

Audio, Video, Sound, and Lighting Integration

  • Coordinate the seamless integration of audio, video, sound, and lighting components to create a cohesive and high-quality event atmosphere.
  • Ensure synchronization and optimal performance of AVLX elements throughout the event.

Power Management

  • Develop and implement power distribution plans for events, ensuring a reliable and efficient power supply to support all technical requirements for AVLX components.
  • Coordinate with power providers and equipment suppliers to optimize power solutions.

Global Best Practices

  • Bring a global perspective to technical management, incorporating best practices and innovations from international sporting events in AVLX technologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies in AVLX and power to enhance event experiences.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and inspire a technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of AVLX and power plans.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative technical culture within the team.

Operational Excellence

  • Develop and execute comprehensive technical plans, including workflows, timelines, and resource allocation, to achieve flawless event execution for AVLX elements.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with technical systems and processes.

Quality Assurance

  • Oversee the quality of AVLX and power-related work, implementing measures to maintain high standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the integrity and strategy of technical operations.

Brand Activation Area Supervision

  • Execute installation plans, supervise contractors in the Brand Activation Area, and coordinate with third-party suppliers for AVLX components.

Daily Operations and Safety Compliance

  • Manage daily operational tasks for AVLX components, ensuring safety compliance, and serving as the contact for Civil Defense inspections.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical management for major sporting events, with a global perspective.
  • Proven experience in technical management for AVLX and power at large-scale sporting events, with a focus on international events.
  • In-depth knowledge of AVLX technologies, power distribution systems, and technical standards.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse technical team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
