TECHNICAL MANAGER – HEAD OF LIGHTING

Our client is a global events services company. They are currently expanding their head count and are looking for a Technical Manager – Head of Lighting to join the team.

The Head of Lighting is a specialized professional responsible for maintaining and enhancing the technological standards and capabilities of the lighting department. Key functions include understanding market positioning, evaluating inventory suitability, monitoring technological advancements, managing manpower, setting performance standards, providing technical advice, attending client meetings, optimizing resource scheduling, and ensuring project profitability. They also oversee training programs, promote personal development, manage individual and team performance, participate in recruitment, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards. The role aims to maximize departmental potential while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
