Job Description: UX Designer

About the Role:

• We are seeking a UX Designer responsible for assisting in the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Senior UX Designers, Product Managers, and the Development team.
• Translate user needs and business goals into seamless and effective digital interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting user research including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and align with project goals.
• Participate in usability testing sessions and analyze results to inform design improvements.
• Contribute to the development of interaction designs, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with best practices.
• Assist in creating visually appealing and consistent UI elements that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Document design processes, user flows, and specifications for development and stakeholder review.
• Stay updated with the latest UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field with a strong interest in UX Design.
• 1-2 years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of other design tools like Framer is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
